A medium bodied beer with a light caramel and toasted malt taste. The use of citrus peels enhances the fruity, citrus aromas and flavours derived from the three varieties of American hops. A clean fermenting ale yeast creates great balance between the malt and hops. Unmistakably drinkable, very easyily paired with a wide variety of food.
