Whether you’re a start-up with a bold idea or an established brand like South Beer, we’ve got the space, skill, and spirit to bring your drink to life.

Valley Brewery offers end-to-end white label brewing, blending, and distilling services, giving you the flexibility to choose how involved you want to be. You can take full advantage of our professional facilities and manage the process yourself, or leave it entirely to us.
Guest Brewing
Join us in the brewhouse! We love collaborating with other brewers, creators and beverage brands. Our Guest Brewing option lets you use our professional facilities, and brew your own magic right here in Kommetjie.

Lizel - the Blonde behind the Brew - is the creative force and quiet powerhouse behind Valley Brewery. What began as a leap from wedding-dress design into the world of craft beer has become her signature blend of artistry, grit, and instinct.
With an eye for detail and a passion for business, she’s poured her heart into building a brewery that feels as handcrafted as the gowns she once made.
